If you would like to send samples to KoiLab to get a quick, accurate diagnosis on a fish disease case, please call 706 247 6274 to set this up. You will be dialing Ms. Vicki Vaughan. Then, simply download the forms, read them carefully and circle the tests you want. Prepare the samples according to the instructions and then mail them with payment to the lab. All tests are "At cost" and represent no profit or income to Koilab or Dr. Johnson in any way, directly or indirectly.

KoiLab.com is offering testing for most pathological conditions and derangements of fish and / or water on a ‘non profit’ basis. You can get water testing for nitrogen, pH and related factors, insecticides, heavy metals and more. You can have wet mounts done for fish parasites. You can have histopathology done for internal diseases and conditions. You can have surgery performed on a fish. You can have bacterial cultures and sensitivities run. You can have KHV/CNGV virus testing done. You can have necropsies (autopsies) performed. Fees paid will be to "Lab Fees" and absolutely none of your money is retained by KoiLab.
